Responsibilities

Build a platform engineering function from 8 to 24 over 18 months

Own the developer experience and platform paved road

Set engineering standards in partnership with the CTO
The Successful Candidate
- 01
Prior VP-level platform leadership at a 50-200 engineer scale
- 02
Strong technical fluency — kubernetes, observability, CI/CD
- 03
Demonstrable hiring track record at senior IC and management levels
