What we collect

Information that you provide to us — your CV, contact details, role preferences — together with information generated by your interactions with our website (analytics) and information we record from our consultations.

Why we hold it

Lawfully, for the purposes of executing the senior search service we are engaged for. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

Where it sits

In encrypted, UK-resident infrastructure. Access is restricted to the partners and consultants directly working on the relevant search.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and may withdraw consent. Email dataprotection@vertextalent.co.uk and we will respond within thirty days.

How long we hold it

For the active duration of any search you are involved in, plus a further 24 months. After this period, your record is anonymised or deleted unless you have instructed us to retain it for future opportunities.
