A profitable, founder-led Series D SaaS business is hiring a replacement CFO ahead of a likely London listing within the next 18 months. The incoming CFO will lead the IPO process, build the public-co finance function, and own all investor relations.
Responsibilities

Lead the listing process — selection of advisors through to admission

Build out a public-co finance function (FP&A, IR, treasury, internal audit)

Own investor relations and analyst engagement post-listing
The Successful Candidate
- 01
Prior CFO experience at a SaaS or technology business
- 02
Demonstrable IPO experience (LSE preferred, Nasdaq considered)
- 03
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits
